سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع والإلغاء

في نوت آرت، يتم تجهيز وإنتاج معظم المنتجات بعد تأكيد الطلب، لذلك نرجو مراجعة تفاصيل الطلب، وخاصة المنتج والمقاس واللون، بعناية قبل إتمام الشراء.

إلغاء الطلب

يمكن طلب إلغاء الطلب قبل بدء التجهيز أو الإنتاج. بمجرد بدء تجهيز أو إنتاج الطلب، قد لا يكون من الممكن إلغاؤه، وذلك في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون.

الاستبدال والاسترجاع

تخضع طلبات الاستبدال والاسترجاع لأحكام قانون حماية المستهلك والقواعد المطبقة على الطلب.

إذا كان المنتج مصنوعًا بناءً على مواصفات خاصة حددها العميل وكان مطابقًا لهذه المواصفات، فقد تسري عليه الاستثناءات القانونية الخاصة بحق الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع. ولا تعتبر جميع منتجات نوت آرت تلقائيًا منتجات مخصصة قانونًا لمجرد إنتاجها بعد الطلب.

اختيار مقاس أو لون غير مناسب

يتحمل العميل مسؤولية مراجعة المقاس واللون والخيارات المختارة قبل تأكيد الطلب. إذا قامت نوت آرت بإرسال المنتج والمقاس واللون المطابقين للطلب، فإن اختيار العميل لمقاس أو خيار غير مناسب لا يُعد عيبًا في المنتج، مع عدم الإخلال بأي حقوق إلزامية يمنحها القانون للمستهلك.

المنتجات المعيبة أو الطلبات غير الصحيحة

إذا وصل المنتج بعيب في الطباعة أو التصنيع أو الخامة، أو وصل منتج أو مقاس أو لون مختلف عما تم طلبه، يرجى التواصل معنا وإرسال صور واضحة توضح المشكلة.

بالنسبة للسلع المعيبة، يحق للمستهلك طلب الاستبدال أو الإرجاع واسترداد القيمة خلال المدة القانونية المقررة وفقًا للقوانين واجبة التطبيق.

اختلافات الألوان

قد تظهر اختلافات بسيطة في درجات الألوان نتيجة اختلاف إعدادات الشاشات أو الإضاءة أو التصوير أو طبيعة عملية الطباعة. لا تُعتبر هذه الاختلافات البسيطة وحدها عيبًا طالما أن المنتج مطابق بصورة معقولة للمنتج المعروض والطلب.

الاستخدام والعناية بالمنتج

لا تعتبر الأضرار الناتجة عن سوء الاستخدام أو الغسيل أو التخزين أو العناية غير الصحيحة عيوبًا في التصنيع إذا كان سبب الضرر راجعًا إلى استخدام العميل، مع الحفاظ على الحقوق القانونية الإلزامية للمستهلك.

RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At NOTART, most products are prepared and produced after an order is confirmed. Please carefully review your product, size, color, and other selections before completing your purchase.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation may be requested before preparation or production of the order has started. Once preparation or production has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible to the extent permitted by applicable law.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges are subject to applicable consumer protection laws and the circumstances of the order.

Where a product is made according to specific specifications selected by the customer and is delivered in accordance with those specifications, applicable legal exceptions to return or exchange rights may apply. NOTART does not automatically treat every product as legally customized solely because it is produced after an order is placed.

INCORRECT SIZE OR COLOR SELECTION

Customers are responsible for reviewing the size, color, and other options selected before confirming an order. If NOTART delivers the product, size, and color that were ordered, an incorrect selection by the customer is not considered a product defect, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If your product arrives with a printing, manufacturing, or material defect, or you receive a product, size, or color different from what you ordered, please contact us and provide clear photos showing the issue.

Defective products remain eligible for the remedies and time periods required by applicable consumer protection law.

COLOR VARIATIONS

Minor variations in color may occur due to screen settings, lighting, photography, or the printing process. Minor variations alone are not considered defects where the delivered product remains reasonably consistent with the product shown and ordered.

USE & PRODUCT CARE

Damage caused by misuse, incorrect washing, improper storage, accidental damage, or failure to properly care for the product is not considered a manufacturing defect where the damage is attributable to the customer's use, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
